The Old Brown Dog name was inspired from a wonderfully rambunctious senior German Shorthaired Pointer rescue dog that came to us as a foster. At the age of thirteen, he had diminished eyesight, weakened hind end, but a spirit and will that anyone would envy. For all his qualities we chose to name our healing balm after his great character. Old Brown Dog is dedicated to keeping Shirley’s natural recipe just as pure and potent by using her time tested methods and natural ingredients.
